Tasty Recipes

  1. a plate of sumptious Hainanese roasted chicken rice, the rice was steamed in chicken stock, served on a red plate, topped off with slices of roasted chicken breast with soy-sauce marinated brown skin, and topped off with a sprig of coriander leaves.

  2. a sumptious bowl of laksa. a bowl of spicy laksa rempah broth with coconut milk, hosting a ballad of rice vermicelli, with a myriad of toppings including fish cakes, cockles, bean sprouts, prawns and laksa leaves.

  3. a bowl of sliced white chicken in red Si Chuan styled mala flavour sauce. The succulent skin is tender and delicious.
